Warm Reminder:

1.When using the instrument , hold the ion sensor strip on the side ; keep the shovel head contact your skin to ensure the EMS and ion function work normally .

2.The angle of the shovel face should be operated as shown in the figure ( about 45 degree) .

3. Do not keep the shovel head stay in the same point for a long time ,remove it slowly.

4.if there is inflammation on your face , use it until the symptoms disappear .

5. Use 2-3 times a week are suggested . Do not use it multiple times a day.

6.Keep the shovel face and instrument clean when operating .


Step 1 : Cleansing

Ultrasonic Cleansing Mode ( PEELING ) (use with facial cleanser / face wash ) Wet face with warm water and use facial cleanser /face wash to make foam

Press long the button to power on , default is the PEELING mode .

Keep the shovel face inward , the shovel head downward and close to the skin . Move the shovel head slowly against the direction of the pores for 3 minutes

Step 2 : Deep Cleansing

Positive Ion Export Mode ( ION+ ) ( use with toner / lotion )

Apply proper toner/lotion to your face .

Press short the button to select ION+ mode .

Keep the shovel face inward , the shovel head upward and close to the skin. Move the shovel head slowly against the direction of the pores to deep clean your skin for 3 minutes , then rinse off your face with warm water .

Step 3 – Nutrition Introduction

Negative Ion Introduction Mode ( ION- )( use with essence / emulsion / masks ) Apply proper essence/emulsion to your face .

Select ION- mode .Keep the shovel face outward , the shovel head

upward and close to the skin . Move the shovel head slowly follow the direction of the pores to massage for 3 minutes

Step 4 Soothing Massage

EMS Pulse Mode ( EMS PULSE ) ( use with firming cream )

Keep your face moist .

Select EMS PULSE mode

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
